Squat - 80kg
Bench press - 62kg
Deadlift - 80kg
I've not been committed to my lifting. I lifted for a few months here and there from last May, then I stopped completely from last September because I got hooked on HIIT and I feared injury. Then I started again in April this year, but with a strained lower back and I struggled at 50kg even. With the help of Coach Kelvin, my lower back doesn't hurt anymore and I'm lifting the heaviest weights ever in my life. I know my back is not fully healed and I still have that psychological barrier, but any progress is still progress and I'm satisfied with the numbers today.
